Dr. Shailesh Raina is the Director Urology and Renal Transplantation at the Jaslok Hospital Mumbai, India. Sr. Consultant Urologist and Andrologist – Lilavati, Breach Candy, Sir. H.N. Reliance Mumbai He is a graduate (1975) and post graduate (1981). from the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune and later trained in urology in Mumbai (3 years) and in the UK (2years) at The Bristol Royal Infirmary, Bristol; The institute of Urology (London) and The Taunton and Somerset Hospitals. He returned to Mumbai as a Consultant Urologist in 1989 and helped set up ESWL and upper tract Endourology (PCNL and URS) at the Jaslok Hospital Mumbai. He is the first in country to use the HPS 120 and 180 green light lasers for BPH. He has been actively involved in setting up the Pelvic Floor Clinic at the Jaslok Hospital and established Neurourology as a subspecialty at the Jaslok Hospital. He conducted the first ever International workshop on Neuropathic bladder and incontinence at Jaslok Hospital in 2006. He is one of few in the country to have performed artificial sphincter surgery and surgeries for atonic bladders. He started Sacral Neuromodulation for Hypotonic Bladder in India in 2010 and has experience of implanting IPG – interstim II and X5. He has been on the Faculty for lectures and workshop of USI, Mumbai Urological Society, Bangladesh Association of Urological Surgeons, Mumbai obstetrics and Gynecology Society, Asian Congress of Urology, S.I.U (Indian Section), ASEAN Urology, and EUA (European Urology Association) and AUA (American Urology Association) Dr. Raina was felicitated last month (June 2023) for having helped start Renal Transplantation in Government Medical Collage SRINAGAR AND JAMMU in the year 2022. He still helps the patients of J&K in Renal Transplants and Neurourology

Gracielle V. Samilin is a highly respected nursing professional with extensive experience in clinical and administrative healthcare settings. She obtained her basic education from Mines Elementary School (1989–1995) and Quezon City Academy (1995–1999), and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Jude College Manila in 2003. She successfully passed the Nurse Licensure Examination in December of the same year. Ms. Samilin is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Nursing, major in Hospital Administration, at the Philippine Women’s University (2022–present), further advancing her leadership and managerial competencies in the healthcare field. She has been with the National Kidney and Transplant Institute (NKTI) since May 2005, where she presently serves as the Cath Lab Manager. In the course of her tenure, she has held significant leadership positions, notably as one of the Head Nurses at the Emergency Room during the COVID-19 pandemic, and as head of Unit 2C, which was converted into a COVID ward during the peak of the health crisis. Ms. Samilin has received recognition for her contributions, including being awarded Best Nursing Leader in the General Nursing Department and nominated as Best Supervisor in 2022. In addition to her clinical and managerial responsibilities, she is actively engaged in professional organizations and quality initiatives. She currently serves as the Secretary of the Urologic Nurses of the Philippines, Inc., a Board Member of the Cathlab Associates of the Philippines, and an Internal Quality Auditor at NKTI. Her professional certifications include Emergency Medical Technician and Certified Nephrology. With a strong foundation in nursing practice and a commitment to continuous improvement, Ms. Samilin exemplifies excellence in healthcare leadership and patient-centered care.

Shigeo Horie, M.D., Ph.D., is a urologist and professor based in Japan. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Tokyo in 1985. After completing his residency in urology at the University of Tokyo Hospital, he earned ECFMG certification for medical licensure. He then pursued both research and clinical fellowships in nephrology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Horie has held academic and clinical positions at the University of Tokyo, the National Cancer Center Hospital, the National Institute of Infectious Diseases, and Kyorin University. His research background spans physiology, genetic diseases, molecular biology, and oncology. In 2003, he was appointed Professor and Chairman of the Department of Urology at Teikyo University in Tokyo. In 2012, he assumed the same roles at Juntendo University Graduate School of Medicine. He also holds endowed chairs in Data Science and Informatics for Genetic Disorders and in Innovative Longevity. Dr. Horie currently serves as President of the Japanese Society for Men's Health and President of the Japanese Foundation of Anti-Aging Medicine.
