Dr Raj Tiwari is a Consultant Urologist and Director of Uro-Oncology at Sengkang General Hospital and Visiting Consultant at National Cancer Center Singapore. He is an assistant professor at Duke-Nus Graduate Medical School. He received his MBBS at the National University of Singapore and completed urology residency at Singapore General Hospital where he was awarded the College of Surgeons Singapore Gold medal in Urology. He then was awarded the FRCS Glasgow Urology diploma. Thereafter he completed a Society of Urologic Oncology (SUO) fellowship at the University of Toronto, Canada from 2021 to 2023. He currently manages both general urology and urologic oncology patients performing open, laparoscopic and robotic procedures. Outside clinical work he actively teaches residents and medical students and also does research in urological cancers with over 50 peer reviewed publications, grants and textbook chapters. He is also an active member of the Singapore Urological Association having been organizing chairperson of several recent regional academic meetings including the recent Singhealth Uro-Oncology Preceptorship and the Urology Residents Course Singapore.

Mr. Hoi-chu TO is a Urology Nurse Consultant at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Hong Kong. He has been dedicated to urology nursing for more than 30 years. He is the Founding President of the Hong Kong College of Urological Nursing. He is the President of the Hong Kong College of Surgical Nursing, and the Chairman of the Asian Urology Nursing School of the Asian Urological Nursing Association. He has been leading a urology nursing team at Queen Elizabeth Hospital of Hong Kong to provide comprehensive urology nursing services since 1999. He is competent in managing different kinds of urological patients: neurogenic bladder, neurogenic bowel, care of prostate cancer, care of substitution cystoplasty for muscle-invasive bladder cancer, urinary retention with intermittent catheterization, urodynamics and video urodynamics, continence care, erectile dysfunction, BPH, and paediatric urology.

A consultant urologist with PhD of biomedical engineering would like to solve clinical problems by engineering methods. His research interests includes male infertility, stone disease, voiding dysfunction and erectile dysfunction. The team has developed some home devices to solve corresponding problems, such as home sperm test, urine quality test, home uroflowmeter, and oximeter for nocturnal penile tumescence (NPT).

Dr. Jeffrey Tuan Kit Loong is Head and Senior Consultant at NCCS’s Radiation Oncology Division, leading the GI, Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary, and Urology department. He specializes in advanced radiation therapy for urological and gynecological cancers, including IMRT, SBRT, and brachytherapy. As Research Director, his work focuses on prostate cancer, tumor tracking, and biomarkers. He is a Clinical Associate Professor at Duke-NUS and Clinical Teacher at NTU LKCMedicine. Dr. Tuan holds an MBBS (NUS), MSc (London), and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists (UK) and AMS (Singapore), with over 100 publications and 1,100+ citations.

Heng-Hsin focuses on cardiovascular care, geriatrics, and nurse practitioner (NP) development that has a measurable, sustained, and current impact. These impacts were achieved through her role as a Senior Researcher at the Center for Healthy Longevity/Aging Sciences of National Chiao Tung University (NYCU) as well as multiple leadership roles in academic institutions and professional societies. Her first employment as a registered nurse (RN) was in the cardiovascular intensive care unit at National Taiwan University Hospital in 1995, right after she had graduated from Gang-Gang University. Among patients with cardiovascular health problems, the majority are older adults, and, thus, she expanded her focus to the geriatric population. Next, she had her nursing management MSN degree and family nurse practitioner training in 2000 in the United States. Then, she gain PhD degree from University of San Diego in 2007 and DNP degree from University of Pittsburgh in 2021. Between 2018-2023, she has 60 international articles with 44 first or correspondent author and served as the PI for five National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) projects, five Ministry of Health and Welfare (MHW) projects, three Ministry of Education (ME) projects, and five industry-university cooperative research projects focused on these three main topics. As to her leadership role in professional societies, she is the President of the Taiwan Association of Nurse Practitioners (TANP), and she has been involved in NP development with TANP since 2007. Notably, Heng-Hsin initiated and conducted the Asian Pacific Congress of Nurse Practitioners Congress (APCNP) on Dec.02.2023, which created a platform to share development and outcome analysis of the value of NP in different countries. The MOU will be completed in the end of December, signed by 4 countries -Taiwan, Thailand, Japen, and Australia. There are a total of 623 participants with 442 physical and 181 online participants of the APCNP hybrid international conference The first kick-off APCNP is an important giant leap for NP in Taiwan, the voice of NP in Taiwan will be heard as well as has an impact on national and international NP policy through local and international channel.
