Dr. Alvin Wee is a urologist by training with specialized expertise in kidney and pancreas transplantation. Originally from the Philippines, he completed his residency before moving to the United States to pursue fellowship training. In 2008, under the mentorship of the late Dr. Andrew Novick, he was entrusted with building a new transplant program in Indianapolis, which went on to become one of only 21 programs nationally recognized for exceptional outcomes. Dr. Wee later returned to the Main Cleveland Clinic in 2017 to lead a transformative growth strategy for the flagship transplant center, which has since achieved 133% growth and is currently ranked #1 in the U.S. in combined quality and volume. In addition to being the program director at the main campus, He also serves as Living Donor Director at Cleveland Clinic Western, supports regional and national program development, and contributes to international efforts in robotic transplantation, particularly in Abu Dhabi. His leadership bridges clinical excellence, innovation, and sustainable systems growth.

Dr Chong is a Senior Consultant and Director of Endourology at the Singapore General Hospital. He completed his Endourology fellowship at the UCLA School of Medicine, Department of Urology under Prof Gerhard Fuchs. He has an active interest in stone prevention and has a research collaboration in the role of the microbiome in calcium oxalate stone disease. He also collaborates with the Nanyang Technological University on med tech and holds patents in stent delivery platforms and urinary point of care devices. He is an active member of the AUSET, the Endourological Society, UAA and EAU. He holds an academic appointment with the Singhealth Duke Graduate Medical School and is also a Fellow with the Singhealth Duke Global Health Institute.

Dr. Fina Widia, SpU(K) is a urologist with a subspecialty in female and functional urology. She completed her medical education and urology training at the University of Indonesia, and earned her consultant title in 2020. She currently practices at Eka Hospital BSD and Cipto Mangunkusumo National Hospital, Jakarta, Indonesia. Dr. Fina has academic background with scientific publications and several urology handbooks to her name. Her research covers topics such as bladder disorders, pelvic pain, urinary tract infections, and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Fina has taken part in various international training programs in countries like Japan, the Netherlands, Turkey, and Taiwan, gaining advanced skills in functional and reconstructive urology. In addition to her clinical and academic work, Dr. Fina is active in several professional organizations. She serves as Secretary of the Indonesia Continence Society and Treasurer of Ikatan Ahli Urologi JAYA. She is also a member of international associations including the European Association of Urology and the International Continence Society.

David Winkle is a urological surgeon treating adult and paediatric patients. He is a consultant urologist at the Mater Adult Hospital, the Queensland Childrens Hospital , and works privately at the Mater Private Hospital and a number of other private hospitals in Brisbane. Dr Winkle has extensive experience in the fields of urological reconstruction, bladder dysfunction and urinary stone disease. He has worked as a urologic surgeon for over three decades. Dr Winkle is a Senior Lecturer at University of Queensland. He is an examiner for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. He has been an invited lecturer at numerous national and international meetings and has publications in the fields of paediatric and adult urologic reconstruction.
